Befuddled 
I am getting cynical in my middle age. What seemed so cutting edge and outrageous back in the 70’s, (when I would watch every 11 o’clock Monty Python rerun), seems corny, predictable, and hard to laugh at now. It’s a reminder of how much my enthusiam has been beaten to a pulp by allowing myself to be over stimulated by all the forms of mind boggling media in the last ten years.
