Esbee reports that the Cold Stone at Harper Hill Commons shut down without warning. Alert reader Camel City caught that as well and left a comment on my post about the other vacancies at the mall. Crikey, before you know it the whole mall will be empty!?
By the way, I'm wondering if this is the same Cold Stone that was for sale last month?

Any idea on what the occupancy level of the new center at Robinhood and Meadowlark is looking like? Harris Teeter, Novant practice, McDonalds, BB&T, Donato’s, LaCarreta . . . others? There looks to be ~20 storefronts (perhaps more).
