The Winston-Salem Journal's Michael Hastings points out on the Dishing it Out blog that Twinkies recently turned 80.  He also shares a little tidbit of info that I found most useful: each Twinkie has only 150 calories.  Why did I ever give them up?

No word on the caloric damage found in Ho-Hos, but I much liked them anyway.
