Dodging Raindrops on the Bicentennial Greenway

Activity Day 11: A nice long walk on the Bicentennial Greenway, from north High Point into Jamestown. There’s a creek that the path crosses over several times and the vast majority of the path is shaded by trees, which makes it a very pleasant walk…even when it rains.

Miles walked/run: 8.2 miles. Here’s the screenshot from my FitBit:

Miles remaining in challenge: 304. Now a few miles ahead of the pace needed to make the goal by July 7.

Today’s sponsor: Piedmont Triad Apartment Association Food Drive. I’m very proud to work for an organization that has dedicated itself to helping address fundamental issues like food insecurity in our community.
