I despise Lynyrd Skynyrd and am ever seeking improvement on the original.
A kid in my neighborhood had an early boombox, the kind that took 85 C batteries to run for one hour, and had a Skynyrd mix tape he’d play over and over again. One day we got so tired of it that we hid his Skynyrd tape and replaced it with AC/DC and then listened to Back in Black and Hells Bells for months on end. Ah, memories.
I also despise The Auman Brothers, .38 Special, Molly Hatchet…
