I used to think that the annexation rules we have here in North Carolina were crazy, but now that I’ve seen this story about what developers are doing to a guy in China who’s refused to sell to them I’m thinking we have it pretty good. They literally dug a huge moat around the guy’s house and he won’t budge on his rather high price.  I hope he has a tall ladder.
