Some poor guy had a Comcast rep in his apartment trying to replace a faulty modem and while spending an hour on hold the rep fell asleep on the guys couch.  I’d be tempted to do many things at that point, but this guy was a lot more creative, and nicer, than I would have been.  See for yourself.
